Complex taxonomies create a decision every time you save. The current Tuck app does not offer user-editable tags, so it works best when collections represent a few meaningful purposes and search handles the smaller details.
Name collections after outcomes
Organize by what the link is for rather than where it came from. Kyoto Trip, Next App, and Weeknight Recipes are easier to act on than broad source-based folders. The free tier supports three collections, while Pro removes the collection limit.
Let search handle the detail
Tuck searches titles, excerpts, authors, site names, domains, and collection names on the device. Content filters can narrow the feed to X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or articles.
Archive completed links
Archive removes a link from the active feed without permanently deleting it, and archived items can be restored. Keeping collections few and using unread, read, and archive state for lifecycle makes the system easier to maintain.
